IDS/900 Problem

When ever I'm trying to create a pair of Admin keys for the IDS Admin system I get the error.

'Generating key pair (please wait)........Could not seed random object (2003)'

Has anyone had this problem before ?

Make sure you have the following patches installed: (I installed theses 7/25/2001) so they are current.
