Ignite and raw devices

Can someone tell me if a tape done by make_recovery -A command is take in
account raw devices (used by Sybase).

Ignite only knows how to read filesystems. It would probably recreate a raw
LVOL, but not the data that was on it. A raw device would not be handled by
Ignite at all.
