Re: ignite issue
>>lvlnboot: Volume group not activated.
Cannot display volume group "/dev/vgpdz".
cp: cannot create /var/opt/ignite/recovery/client_mnt/0x00306E2EA1F4/recovery/2011-03-19,01:23/system_cfg: No such file or directory
I believe if the directory /var/opt/ignite/recovery is exported then ignite will itsself
create a sub directory for the client_name.
So do check what you deleted has been removed
from the /etc/exports as well not to confused with.
otherwise create a new directory for the client_name as for others exists in /etc/exports.
==>Do look @ "Volume group not activated.
Cannot display volume group "/dev/vgpdz"
Please activate this volume group as well
which is causing the backup failure.
Known bug ==>
Fixes for the following Change Requests:
* JAGag46613 fix. save_config, make_net_recovery, and make_tape_recovery would fail on systems that have inactive volume groups (which is typical on ServiceGuard clusters). This issue was introduced with the C.7.3.144 Ignite-UX release.
You may post the output for /etc/exports from the server side.

Re: ignite issue
Check the VG status dev/vgpdz
and also you need reverify the configuration accordingly and make sure it is in place & rerun the netrecovery
