Ignite-UX B.4.2.110

I just upgraded Ignite-UX from B.3.5.89 and when I tried to run it I received the following error. Could you help me fix this problem? Thanks.

ERROR: Fileset: "Ignite-UX.FILE-SRV-11-00" (rev=B.3.5.89) is a different
version than the rest of Ignite-UX (rev=B.4.2.110). You must
update all filesets of the product to the same version for
proper behavior.
ERROR: All filesets in the Ignite-UX product must be the same revision.
Please update any old Ignite-UX filesets.

Hi Jeff:

I'd reinstall Ignite, but this time toggle 'swinstall' "reinstall" options:

-x reinstall=true -x reinstall_files=true

When I upgrade to a new version of Ignite/UX I always swremove the old version and the swinstall the new.
