Can you supply us with more information as to how you are using Ignite for the system?
Are you trying to clone the current system with a tape/image from another?
Also, what version of OS are you at and what revision of Ignite are you using?

To create a tape:
# /opt/ignite/bin/make_tape_recovery -x inc_entire=vg00 -I -v -a /dev/rmt/0mn

The Hp server has OS v.11.0 installed on it. I don't know what ver of Ignite is on that server. While trying to recover data, the tape drive output the following:
error 12 processor 1.
After some troubleshooting, HP stated that the current version of Ignite was not compatible with the system CPU's.
