Solution
Shalom,
A manaul install is likely to be required.
You may have caused this by trying to restore and Ignite recovery image (not golden) made on a system with different hardware, or your swap/dump space minimums on this system are not being met.
The minimum swap size for the OS is half of physical ram. dump can be smaller and if you've got the disk should not be the same disk as swap.
Ignite has an interface to permit you to alter filesystem sizes prior to the installation taking place right after boot.

Re: Ignited without enough swap / dump .. cant boot.
Hello,
Did you try
boot -lm (maintenance mode)
Or else
Get another ignite tape from another system with almost similar config.
Rgds,
Rasheed Tamton.
