find . -type f -print -exec grep {} \;

Where did you search?
In /etc and /var ?

I used the one you post it.

Btw: I am reinstalling system cause of different problems with swinstall/swcopy ...
After a while when swcopy depot from DVD it just hangs and no error or warning occures in logs ...
The same thing occured with swinstall. I tried to install QPK March 2010 and it hangs ... no errors, no warnings ...

After breaking my head of the wall i decide to install fresh HPUX 11i v3 March 2010

So you are reinstalling currently?

I would check the DVD media to make sure it is not damaged (e.g. with "dd").
