Solution
Your tape is full. It wants a 2nd tape to continue. Insert a 2nd tape and enter 'go' to continue. Basically your ignite image is too big to fit on a single tape. Its not a problem, we use multiple tapes for ignite images aok.
Im from Palmerston North, New Zealand, but somehow ended up in London...

Hi
You seem to have a lot of:-
/dev/vg_stand01 etc, are these copies of stand? and if you why are you keeping them as the just take up space.
As previously said you need aqnother tape.

Hi!!
As mentioned before, the system is asking for a second tape. Just swap the tape and type go. You should be fine.
