Can we extend /stand without using online JFS???

No, you cannot do this.

Create an ignite/UX image from your server.
Reinstall your server from this ignite/UX image. During the reinstallation you can specify the new size for your logical volumes

As luk said, you need to make_tape_recovery process when you don't have OnlineJFS installed.
