Somebody know at what time is the automatic change to adjust clock for daylight.

Since you don't mention your timezone, the best I can do is tell you where to look. First do a man 4 tztab to understand the format of the file and then examine /usr/lib/tztab to find the matching entry for your ${TZ}.
If it ain't broke, I can fix that.
