Re: inode:table is full
you have now to increase ninode kernel parameter.

Re: inode:table is full
It seems odd that a change to swap would cause the inode table to fill. The obvious answer, as stated, is to increase ninode, build a new kernel, and re-boot (use SAM, it's easier). But I have to wonder, what did this user do to "change swap"?

Re: inode:table is full
You have to bump up NINODE value. You can use sam for that.
Just increase the value of MAXUSERS
which will in turn increase the NFILE, NPROC and NINODE parameters.
Thanks

Re: inode:table is full
files and rebooting we are back to shape. They reside in /stand and are
called vmunix and system. When you edit the kernel as to change swap space, the copy is made called vmunix.prev and system.prev.
Thank you for the help.
