Does anyone give me some suggestion about install PHCO_27964, I get the below error message.

Were there any pre-req's ? You may have to install another patch first.

I view the patch installation procedure, there's no other specital, also no dependencis patch. The PHCO_27694 is login patch, i' m not sure why it is can be installed. Thanks for the help.

Are you trying to load the patch on the local system or a remote server?
If it is local, has any DNS/host file changes been done. If so, restart the swagent daemon.
It it is a remote system, it may have some security set up to disallow this. ftp the patch to the remote system and attempt installation there.

I've reboot the server, and reinstall again in the console, but still get the same error.
Does anyone help me ? Thanks in advanced.

Why is it looking for remote system

Just try changing the swinstall option

by selecting "All targets to resolve the source locally"

(Optional) swinstall, swcopy, and swremove have enhanced GUI interfaces for remote operations. Enable the enhanced GUIs by
creating the .sdkey file on the controller. Use this command:

touch /var/adm/sw/.sdkey

Could you check if someone has created this file ?
