Installation Of HPUX

hI ALL,

Am new in HPUX.
cAN U PLS tell ME the procedure of HOW TO itstall and configuure HP UX 11 Version 2 in HP rx 3600 AND HP rp 3440.

I need the full procedure.

First, try reading the manual or where you post. This is linuxland, few of us know anything about HP-UX.

Fortuneately for you I do.

You check to see the OS is supported, it is on the rp3440.

You put the install media in the CD/DVD rom.

Boot from the console.

Interupt at the 10 second prompt.

Hi,

make sure you are using a curent install media (Sept. 2006 or newer), otherwise it won't work with the rx3600.

Here check compatibility of installation

put the cd os in the cdrom
then reboot server an press any key within 10 seconds ....
the type :
1) sea
2) find the cdrom
3) bo p1 (if cdrom is p1)
4) do you want interact with ...? NO
5) wait for installation menu .....
