Installing HPUX11i v1
When I run SEA (to search for possible boot devices) from the main menu, the system does not detect the CD drive. I have disk 1 Core OS Install and Recovery Version B.11.11 loaded.
The drive is internal and is powered and flashes during system boot.

Re: Installing HPUX11i v1
8/16/5.2.0
You can use this path directly to boot.
Be aware the number of results of a search is limited - if you have many disks connected, you probably cannot see them all.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.
