Internal Raid card

Hello,

How can I find out whether there is a PCI I20 RAID card in the system?

Thanks,
Nikee

Re: Internal Raid card

Nikee,

Never having seen one, I can only assume that it should show up in an ioscan. Otherwise, check the original invoices to see what was bought.

Re: Internal Raid card

ioscan will show it. Here is the relevant output from an ioscan of one of my boxes:

ba 8 0/10 lba CLAIMED BUS_NEXUS Local PCI Bus Adapter (782)
ba 9 0/10/0/0 PCItoPCI CLAIMED BUS_NEXUS PCItoPCI Bridge
i2o 0 0/10/0/1 iop_drv CLAIMED INTERFACE IOP
ext_bus 4 0/10/0/1.0 bs_osm CLAIMED INTERFACE I2O Block Storage
target 13 0/10/0/1.0.0 tgt CLAIMED DEVICE
disk 3 0/10/0/1.0.0.0 sdisk CLAIMED DEVICE I2O RAID5
/dev/dsk/c4t0d0 /dev/rdsk/c4t0d0

AIf you have the RAID-00 bundle installed, then you can use /sbin/irdisplay.

sara:/home/bdouglas> sudo /sbin/irdisplay
irdiag: no Internal RAID adapters found
