Interrupting inittab?

I've heard anecdotal evidence that there's a way to interrupt the HP-UX boot sequence while its running the /sbin/rc*.d/ start-stop scripts. My tech lead mentioned some kind of key sequence.

By the time anyone replies with the answer, our issue will likely be resolved, but it'd be handy information in the future . . .

Thanks!!!

Re: Interrupting inittab?

The interruption key sequence is contrl \
(control backslash)

This will only work on the current script being run. It will continue, after this onto the next script.
