IOSCAN vs SAM
Gentlemen,
I have just installed HP-UX11 with the June 2002 bundles on a K580 HP9000 server attached to an XP256. I have two links on the XP from the server. The XP disks on one path 8/8 are visible thru SAM and IOSCAN. The XP disks on the other channel 12/12 are not visible thru SAM but I can see them on IOSCAN output. I have ran "insf -eH", I have unplugged the 12/12 connector and run "ioscan -fnH 12/12" and to my suprise ioscan can still see them.
Please help...........

Re: IOSCAN vs SAM
Hi,
run "rmsf -R" to the hw-path, maybe that removes the XP from "ioscan" on this path.
Regards,
Armin
