SolutionHP does not support it. The link posted also mentions that HP never adopted it and IBM too has stopped marketing/servicing DFS.
Have a look at the link. See page 12-15.

Re: is there dfs file system on hpux 11i ?
DFS file system is not supported by HP-UX. HP-UX only supports VxFS, HFS, CDFS.

Re: is there dfs file system on hpux 11i ?
Windows has DFS, which is integrated into Windows 2003 clustering.
In actual use at my prior employer it proved to be a bit buggy with random disconnects occuring under certain circumstances.
Linux has something called GFS, which with Oracle RAC supposedly lets you have two nodes or more running, accessing the same database file in read/write mode.
At this time, I know of no HP-UX equivalent. There may be products from Veritas, which is now part of Symmantec that provide similar functionality as part of the Veritas Cluster suite. If you must have DFS like functionality on HP-UX, that is where you should search.

Are you asking about Distributed File System (DFS) used in Windows clusters? If yes, You can try Veritas Storage Foundationâ ¢ Cluster File System
