JFS/HFS Technical Documentation

hi,

I am looking for a document with full HFS/JFS(ver 3-4) technical specifications, like max file name lenght, max files in dirs etc. Could anyone help me find that information ? I would also want to know where to find detail information for fstyp -v output (what every parameter means etc).Thanks.
