System panicked 3 times the last 2 days.
K580 running 11.0 - no recent changes, no patches installed recently...
the message in shutdownlog is:
09:39 Wed Jan 23 2008. Reboot after panic: Data page fault
12:14 Wed Jan 23, 2008. Reboot:
14:16 Wed Jan 23 2008. Reboot after panic: Data page fault
14:21 Thu Jan 24 2008. Reboot after panic: Data page fault
ran q4 and go the following trace.out:
stack trace for event 0
crash event was a panic
q4: (warning) trace ends with savestate sr4 != KERNELSPACE

> ct_query failed. hw_path = 8/4/1/0
This is the problem. The disk at 8/4/1/0 has a problem that caused the panic. Normally, this would be handled with syslog and console errors but if this disk failed in an area with swap, the kernel can't handle a virtual memory area as cleanly as simple data files.
