LADP-UX error on starting client after igniting server.

Attempting to create a server from another's ignite. Cloning to speak. Changed the name, IP addresses, etc. I can't get the ldapclientd process to start. Every attempt returns the following: "error: error setting directory for clients". This server and the original are all in the same network and attempting to go to the same ldap server. I've tried the setup again but same error. Using /sbin/init.d/ldapclientd.rc to attempt to start. But ps-ef|grep ldap only returns the grep.

Any ideas?
