What is the latest version and latest patch for Sendmail?

8.13.3 is the latest Special Release Upgrade. Go to http://software.hp.com/ and do a search on sendmail.

For the stock version, go to http://www2.itrc.hp.com/service/patch/search.do?BC=main|&pageOsid=hpux and enter sendmail for the keyword and select the revision of HP-UX you have. It looks like 11.11 is PHNE_31917 and 11.23 is PHNE_31734.
