Hello,
I tried installing this in couple of lab systems and I also see same issue.
I downloaded the source code from http://hpux.connect.org.uk/ and compiled it and still see same issue.
You may try reaching out to the author of the product (mikulas@artax.karlin.mff.cuni.cz) if they are able to help.
