list of files that belongs to one lun

Hi,

I have a vxfs filesystem on a hpux11.11 system, this filesystem has 10 luns, is it possible to make a list of files that are located on one lun?

This because of performance problems on that lun

For all intents and purposes this is really not possible. You would have to follow the filesystem extent chains. Knowing the inode number is quite easy but that is only a trivial part of the battle. Moreover, a single file could be spanned over multiple LUN's.
If it ain't broke, I can fix that.

tanks,
how can I follow the filesystem extent chains?
I can create a inode list by ls -ali of all files so a inode list is not the problem.

Because most files are sapdatabaces I asume most files are just on one disk.
