Numerous resources are available to you to help yourself. If you are going to be a sysadmin you must learn to RTFM (Read The Fine Manual/Manpages).

Taking the easy or more appropriately termed "lazy" way out is not how you become a good UNIX Administrator. Or anything else for that matter.

Open a book, study it, learn it....and stop expecting everyone to give you the answers to tests or do your job.
