Listner is not starting!!

I am trying to start the listner with one instance it's working fine but not able to start the listner with other instance.

Please attach tnsnames.ora and listener.ora from $ORACLE_HOME/network/admin

Hi,

if you like to start two listeners,
you need two distinct Listener Names
and diffrent ports they could open to listen.
