Lockout duration - HP-UX

Is there a way in HP-UX to set the lockout duration for consecutive invalid login attempts?

I understand it is possible in Solaris using DISABLETIME. If something similar exist in HP-UX?

I don't see any time to reenable, the duration is infinite until the sysadmin unlocks it.

root has to unlock; if root is locked, go to console or into MP LAN (iLO) to unlock. No time unlock feature - would nto be secure as a hack would just wait and try, try try again...
