Login wait

Dear All,

How can I change login wait parameter. Means if any user mispelled his/her login name then second login takes time to come again. Some extra seconds he/she has to bear. How can I decrease this value ?

sam/Auditing and Security/Terminal Security Policies/Delay Between Login Tries

There change generally.
