is there any tool that i can log on to unix system using ssh in window? I try using tera term pro.. but the macro seems not to be able to logon properly.. any clue?

The putty it's good tool, to do that, and you can configure in a easy way, not only in ssh connections but telnet too. You can create an shortcut per machine, log everything you done in the terminal, and it's free.

We use secureCRT on the windows to connect. We also use HummingBird for our telnet connecion from window to unix.
