Lp destination printer does not exist on localhost

HI ALL

I am trying to install a local printer through SAM,but i end up with an error message 'Lp destination printer does not exist on localhost'
It is an Hp laserjet 1200 series printer.

do you have a connection by cable or by network?

What hardware?
Which os?

YEs the printer is connected to the parallel port, the os is 11.11
