Solutionhttp://hpux.connect.org.uk/hppd/hpux/Sysadmin/lsof-4.67/
and follow the instruction for installtion give in HPUX.Install this will work for 10.20

What you see for 11.x is compiled program for 11.x
Below that you should see the source code, download the source code, unzip it and untar it.
In the doc directory you'll find how to compile the source code and that will work for 10.20
But if you want you can try this site
