I have broken a mirror and recreated it on different drives, but the file system is still in lvmtab for one filessystem that was not mirrored and the data loss is not as important
the disks are /dev/dsk/c18t12d0 and /dev/dsk/c18t13d0
----- part of 'strings /etc/lvmtab' ---------
/dev/vgmisc2
/dev/dsk/c22t3d0
/dev/dsk/c22t4d0
/dev/dsk/c18t12d0
/dev/dsk/c18t13d0
/dev/dsk/c15t4d0
/dev/dsk/c15t15d0
Any help would be great.

Re: lvmtab and power failed disk
you can try this
#mv /etc/lvmtab /etc/lvmtab.old
Recreate it from PVRA and VGRA on the disk through the command
#vgscan -v
