make_net_recovery question

Hi,
I would like to know if I can do the make_net_recovery of a server while it is in use? Will it cause problem to the users?

Hi,

Yes. You very well can. However, I prefer to sc hedule it during midnight (or whenever the load is less on the system) through a cronjob as we can run make_net_recovery through command line from the client itself.

You will get a better image if you run the process while the system is not in heavy use.

Still, when it needs to be done daytime around here there is no real effect.
