make_tape_recovery : fileset is a different version than the rest of Ignite-UX

I have reviewed a few of the other posts on the forum regarding this problem, and have already removed Ignite, verified that it was removed and reinstalled. I reinstalled from a depot file, Ignite-UX-11-00_B.4.1.61_HP-UX_B.11.22_IA+PA.depot,(that I downloaded this morning) and am still getting the following error:

ERROR: FILESET: Ignite-UX.FILE-SRV-10-20" (rev=B.2.4.307) is a different version that the rest of Ignite-UX (rev=B.4.1.61). You must update all filesets of the product to the same version for proper behavior.

Is there a way to update only this fileset?

looks like you have done the upgrade from 10.20 to 11.X ..z.. first you need to remove the 11.X ignite UX and then you need to remove the 10.20 fileset using swremove ..

run swlist -l fileset and verify all the filesets of Ignite are removed...

then you install the 11.X version of Ignite and should work

What version of OS you are running?
10.20 supports only version 'A' of ignite.

Also do a

#swlist -l fileset|grep -i ignite

Revert with results
