Take .csv file and open in MS-Excel. Immediately it will ask you whether you want the file to be imported into excel format.
Selecting even the defaults will do.
Once you have data in excel format, select the chart wizard on your tool-bar. Select the type of graph you want to create and proceed further.
First time, you can try with all default options and on experience change different options to make ur graph much more readable.

If you are using Perfview software, it can directly export the graphs in to excel format. Select the required graph OR Drill down to a variable you want .. > file ..>export. Here you select worksheet and save it to a file. this file can be directly opened using excel OR any other spread sheet applications.

select the guide and do an export
The interface is user friendly.This will cteate *.asc in the directory from where it was run.Transfer the files to the pc run excel and open the *.asc files and plot the graph else if you have perfview you can plot it and print .
