Solutionyou want the /opt/perf/bin/perfstat command. It shows all the Measureware deamons and if theyre running or not. A full set of Measureware daemons should look something like below. (Measureware/DSI integration/ITO)
list of performance tool processes:

Running midaemon (measurement interface daemon) pid 1446
MeasureWare scope status:
Running scopeux (MWA data collector) pid 1508
MeasureWare background daemon status:
Running ttd (Transaction Tracker daemon) pid 1377
MeasureWare server status:
Running alarmgen (alarm generator) pid 1771
Running agdbserver (alarm database server) pid 1758
Running perflbd (location broker) pid 1411
The following data sources have running repository servers:

ITO Agent Status:
Running opcctla (Control Agent) pid 13909
Running opcmsga (Message Agent) pid 13910
Subagent 1:

shows the running deamons. scopeux is known to stop sometimes, use this command to restart it;
mwa restart
