Paul,

As 11.00 is out of support, I think yiu will struggle to find a pre-compiled binary. If you don't already have a compiler for your 11.00 box (the bundled cc compiler doesn't count), then get a copy of gcc for 11.00 from Merijn's collection here:

And compile the mpack source from here:
