Re: Need configration detail

If you have Ignite/UX installed, run the print_manifest command.

Other popular tools: cfg2html, nickel,

Re: Need configration detail

If not, some info can be also retrieved from SAM.

As I recall, the "system properties" section is in the "performance" section somewhere.

Hi Jitendra,
please see this earlier thread:
"Hardware information"

You can also use cstm and SAM.

Download sysinfo from the attached link - it will give you the info you want - and more. I use it to collect info for DR purposes. The site below has a lot of other utilities as well

Re: Need configration detail

The readily available utilities of "cfg2html" and "sysinfo" are good. Each will provide just about al the information about your system - serial numbers, ioscan, LVM, networking, SAN, etc.

Save these outputs as you will be able to look back in time to see how your system has changed, for better or worse. Run them on a regular interval, once a week for example.

Re: Need configration detail

If you look into "/var/opt/ignite/recovery/latest/manifest" file, you will see all the info you are looking for.
e.g:
Serial number,Partition,System Hardware,Model
main Memory,Processors,Storage devices,I/O Interfaces,Disk layout,File System layout,
Swap configuration,Kernel Configuration etc.
