Need graphics card info
I need to know which command I can use to get graphics card (video controller) information on HP-UX programatically.
graphinfo doesn't seem to be available on my machine.
Could someone help me out please

Re: Need graphics card info
graphinfo is in /usr/bin.
But only if the SW (GraphicsCommon, GraphicsSBaseDK, etc) is installed.
Also should be noted that server-wise only L, K, D and some other older servers support graphics. N-class & up do not support graphics.
Of course, all workstation class systems support graphics.
Rgds,
Jeff

Re: Need graphics card info
Thanks for the replies but I needed some way to extract graphics card information without installing anything new. So is there some alternative command/api I can use to get that kind of information.
Thanks
Rohinton
