Need Help with Online JFS and 11.0

I have a system that when extended the logical volume it come back with the error.
fsadm: the -b option requires "HP OnLineJFS (Advanced Vxfs)"

OnlineJFS is installed on the system . I made sure that the software is configured . I also get the error:

/vxenablef -a
Unable to enable VxFS feature HP_OnLineJFS. errno 2

This was in the knowledge. Does anyone have any ideas where I can go with this? Please let me know.

Errno 2 ==> ENOENT which strongly suggests that the license file cannot be found in /etc/vx/lvm. If anyone simply touched the license file, the license would be invalidated. What happens if you run vxlicense?

you might want to check this thread, it seems to be identical to your problem:

Oops, that should be /etc/vx/elm. I was thinking about the correct directory but my fingers have a mind of their own.

Hi,
HOw is the OS, when it was loaded. Was this feature working before. The product is already installed, I feel there is a possible license corruption. Check in /etc/vx/elm for the .lic file and check it's time stamp. Try cat *.lic and check.

If you've a working 11.0 System with OnlineJFS -- simply copy over (cpio/tar) /etc/vx/*

Or reinstall (swinstall) the OJFS product which I think is simply installing the license files anyway...
