I need to set up a temp incoming modem on a K360. I need to know which tty device to put the getty on in inittab?

Do a man on dialin. It's a program that comes on the K-series and configures the modem port for you. Basically "dialin enable" should create all the required device files for you.

If no "dialin" on your sytem use either SAM or /opt/pred/bin/psconfig (Predictive Support Configuration) program to setup the modem or post output of below command here:

# ioscan -funC tty

Thanks - just as I was about to add a dial in modem, they informed me that they need 4 modems. So now I am off to find an mdem mux - mdp - Oh well
