Netscape FastTrack Server-support discontinued?

In response to a help desk call that we placed last week about our Netscape web server hanging, the HP Response Center informed us that they will discontinue support of Netscape FastTrack Server at the end of Aug.2001. This software came preinstalled on our HP9000 N box. I would like to know if anyone out there ever received formal notification from HP that they were discontinuting support of this product.
