In 11.x, at least, it's on the app CD's, though I don't remember which one. I can find out if you need.

No thats ok I'll find it..but Im running 10.20 can I still use the netscape from the V11 disk??

depends on wich mount mar. giu. and ....

but in all cd you can find a file whith all software present in Cdrom and in which cd.

I don't remember the name of this file, but if you mount cdrom and list the directory you can find it.
