Netware Backup On OMBIBACK II
Hello,
I am having an HP9000 Dclass server
running with hpux 10.20 and omniabck II 3.0 installed.
In the Cell there are some netware servers.
When I take full bakup or incremental of the one of the netware volume it
complets the bakup without any error.
But in the restore window it shows only incremental
backup for all directories in this particular volume.
but shows a full backup for the Volume root. When I try to restore ,the full
backup restoration fails and it restores only the incremental backup objects.
What would be reason. Any help ?

Re: Netware Backup On OMBIBACK II
I'm not absolutely certain, but it sounds like you are just selecting the
latest version of a backup set. There may be different datalists involved run
on different days. You should choose which directories you want to restore
then go into options and choose which session to use for the restore. There
may be many dated versions of each file and it assumes the latest one unless
you override.
I hope what I've describes makes sense. I haven't done it recently.
