Ok this is what I think you are saying(correct me if I'm wrong), if you have an archive that was created by make_net_recovery of a remote server that is held on a local ignite server you want to create a bootable tape for the remote server.

If so the instructions are in the link above at the bottom of the page. They run through how to create the LIF file for the tape and then put it and the archive on the tape hence creating the bootable tape for the remote server.
