NFS service not responding
#/sbin/init.d/nfs.client start
starting NFS CLIENT networking
starting up the rpcbind
rpcbind already started, using pid: 1448

problems with NFS can also occure if speed of lancard and switch are not equal.
Have you set lanspeed hard or auto_on?
