NIC card utilization

I am monitoring an interface on our N-class server via NNM, and I am wondering at what point (percentage utilization) that a user may see a performance degredation?

100%

So long as utilization is below 100% and the card is full duplex there should be no degradation in performance.

Once you hit 100% there is degradation.

Below 100% there is still capacity for more simultaneous transactions.

Glance is a good way to monitor this.

yes it is 100%.

below that user will not feel anything...
and in general this situation is very rare if there is no Junk traffic in network......
