Blade 870, 4 nics, Integrity VM 4. Creating a virtual machine HP-UX, is it possible to dedicate 1 physical nic to HP-UX and
share the other 3 nics with the others virtual machines ?

If you reserve lan0 fro the HOST, then lan1-3 can be assigned to vswitches fo ruse in the VM's

SolutionCertainly.
Just create a vswitch that uses that pNIC, and only assign that vswitch to one VM. Also make sure there is no confioguration done to the pNIC (ip address etc) on the Host, and then only the VM will be using that pNIC thought the relevant Virtual NIC (vNIC) in the Guest OS.
