Pl tell me how to conf. the following things
NIS,NFS,DNS,DHCP
in HP-UX 11i, I mean to say which files should be modified / what changes made and where?. step-by-step

This is too large a question to be answered here. I recommend you read the manuals that cover these topics at:
http://docs.hp.com
Choose your operating system version then go look for the sections that cover Internet Services, NFS, etc.

For beginners, most basic setups can be done with sam.
on the command line.
You can then examine the configuration files and learn from a working configuration.
