No answer from iCOD audit system

No answer from iCOD audit system

I have setup my iCOD system to send email and I have verified I can send an email from my iCOD system to HP domain, but I still do not get an answer when I run icod_notify.
I can see my email going out with status OK (mail.log) but no answer.

Any idea?
